According to Ballon d’Or and France Football's official regulations, the answer is definitively no.
Article 3 of the criteria clearly specifies:

 Article 3. The reference period covers the entire previous season, from August 3, 2025, to July 19, 2026, including international competitions.

This fixed timeframe means that any performances after July 19, 2026, including the impressive start to the current campaign, fall outside the evaluation window and will not influence this year's voting.

However, these astonishing performances are far from inconsequential. They will naturally carry significant weight when the 2027 Ballon d'Or is deliberated, establishing strong momentum for next year's ceremony.

For now, all eyes remain on London for the October 26 announcement.
