His 2025-2026 season:
Sweeper-Keeper Build-Up: Operates comfortable outside his penalty area to act as an auxiliary outfield player, helping teams maintain high defensive lines while resisting opponent pressure traps.
Proactive Aerial Command: Demonstrates elite timing and composure when claiming high crosses in crowded penalty boxes to neutralize set-piece threats and relieve defensive tension.
Golden Glove Hat-Trick: Became only the fourth goalkeeper in Premier League history to win three consecutive Golden Glove awards (2023–24, 2024–25, 2025–26).
League-Leading Shot Stopping: Led all Premier League goalkeepers in both total saves (154) and save percentage (77%) during the 2022–23 campaign.
