Yassine Bounou was born on April 5, 1991, in Montreal, Canada. A Moroccan international goalkeeper, he currently plays for Al Hilal. His club honors include winning the Botola Pro (2009–10) with Wydad AC, La Liga (2013–14) and the Supercopa de Espaa (2014) with Atl tico Madrid, and two UEFA Europa League titles (2019–20, 2022–23) with Sevilla. At Al Hilal, he won the Saudi Pro League (2023–24), two King's Cups (2023–24, 2025–26), and two Saudi Super Cups (2023, 2024).
